820rr Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 820rr platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Service
By accessing, registering for, or using the 820rr platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 820rr platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 820rr as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 820rr platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 820rr. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and the freezing of any existing balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details. 820rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 820rr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact customer support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Activities
- Using the platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes
- Making deposits and withdrawals in accordance with the prescribed procedures
- Contacting customer support for assistance
- Using promotions and bonuses in accordance with the applicable terms
- Access the platform via mobile device or personal computer
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Fraud, manipulation, or any form of illegal activity
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods
- Any action that disrupts the stability or security of the system
820rr reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing the account of any user found to be in breach of the above rules. 820rr's decision in such matters is final.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 820rr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are their own. 820rr does not accept payments from third parties.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change from time to time. The latest information on transaction limits is available in the payments section of your account after logging in.
820rr reserves the right to put any suspicious transaction on hold pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, 820rr reserves the right to freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities. All costs associated with payment verification and processing will be borne by the user unless otherwise stated.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limit: 820rr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures beyond 820rr's control. 820rr's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 820rr platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 820rr and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 820rr.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy: 820rr reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a legitimate closure, any remaining account balance (after deduction of any bonuses whose conditions have not been met) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links: The 820rr platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 820rr is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms of third-party services separately.
Changes to Terms: 820rr reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
